Our programs focus on entrepreneurship and skilled trades, with an emphasis on financial literacy and career readiness.

Building Alternative Pathways
Our mission at Building Alternative Pathways is to provide underserved high school graduates with the skills and resources they need to succeed in the workforce without a college degree.
Our programs are designed to give high school graduates the skills and resources they need to build successful careers without a college degree. We offer training in entrepreneurship and skilled trades, as well as financial literacy and career readiness resources.
Designed to help young people turn their business ideas into reality - our entrepreneurship training combines classroom instruction, mentorship, and hands-on experience, students learn the fundamentals of business planning, marketing, finance, and operations. By the end of the program, they will have the tools and resources they need to launch and grow their own businesses.
Our Skilled Trades Training program provides students with the training and certification necessary to succeed in a variety of high-demand trades, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and more. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on experience, students gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their chosen field.
Our Financial Literacy Training program is designed to help students develop the skills and knowledge they need to manage their finances effectively. Topics covered include budgeting, saving, investing, credit management, and more. By the end of the program, students will have the tools and resources they need to make informed financial decisions and achieve their long-term goals.
